You may return any item purchased from LingerieDot.com for a refund of the purchase price (Shipping and Handling fees are not eligible for refund). When making a return/exchange be sure to include as much information about the original order as possible. Copies of the original packing slip/receipt are not required but will ensure proper credit is given.

All returns must have a return materials authorization (RMA) number assigned to it before your items are returned. This RMA number must appear on the outside of your returned package. To receive your RMA please contact our returns department.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept any item for return that has been worn. So, please wear a liner when trying on an item that has a panty bottom.
Items that are returned for exchange may be exchanged for size and color only (same item).
Please include all original packaging, hangers, garmet bags, etc. with the item being returned or exchanged.

Note: LingerieDot.com reserves the right to limit the amount of a refund if the item shows obvious signs of abuse or has been worn.
